Our Comprehensive Hiring Process
All of our tutors and academic coaches undergo a rigorous selection process before assisting with any projects. They are required to have higher education credentials, relevant experience, and strong proficiency in English to ensure the highest quality support for your academic needs.
1. Identity check
Each tutor is required to verify their identity with an ID card to maintain a secure and trustworthy environment. This step ensures that their qualifications are authentic and helps establish a reliable and safe working relationship for both parties.
2. Verifying diploma
Once the ID is confirmed, we verify the diploma provided by the writer by authenticating stamps and signatures from educational institutions.
3. Checking samples
As the candidate provides us with past work samples our QA department checks them thoroughly for originality and quality to make sure the writer is capable of producing A-level work.
4. Test task
Once the interview process is completed, we assign a trial task to the writer. It involves crafting a particular paper of high difficulty.
5. Trial Period
